For homes, condos, apartments, and new beginnings. Your consultation includes advance review of your goals and space, personalized Feng Shui guidance for the key areas of your home, practical recommendations, and a clear written action plan.

Workspace & Career Alignment
Starting from $550
For home offices, personal workspaces, career transitions, and business owners who want greater focus, flow, and support from their environment. Your consultation combines practical workspace Feng Shui with your Personal Energy Number and career intentions.
Final scope and pricing depend on the size of the workspace, the number of people included, and whether this is a personal office or a larger business environment.

In-Person, Virtual & Travel Notes
In-person consultations are available throughout North Vancouver and West Vancouver, with local travel included in the starting price.
Vancouver appointments include a $35 travel fee. Other Metro Vancouver locations are quoted in advance based on travel time and distance. Paid parking, ferries, tolls, and other direct travel costs are added where applicable. Larger homes, business spaces, and out-of-town projects are quoted individually.
Virtual consultations are available by Zoom. For distance consultations, I work with your floor plan, photographs, video walk-throughs, compass or front-door information, and personal goals. Remote Feng Shui and dowsing support may also be included where appropriate.
Space Clearing and Dowsing
Starting from $350
For homes, workspaces, and properties going through a move, transition, new beginning, or a period of change. Depending on your goals, the session may include an energetic assessment, dowsing, space clearing, or a combination of these approaches.
Final scope and pricing depend on the size of the property, the areas included, and whether you are requesting space clearing, dowsing, or both.

Every business space is different. Final pricing is based on the size of the premises, the number of people and work areas included, and the level of analysis and reporting required.
